Richard Langer, PhD (University of California, Riverside), a retired professor of Biblical and Theological studies and director of the office for the integration of Faith and learning at Biola University. He is an ordained minister with over 20 years of pastoral experience and co-author of the award winning books Winsome Persuasion and Winsome Conviction. These two works focus on the challenges of communicating Christian conviction, both to the non-Christian world and also across theological and political divides within the Church. His third book (co-authored with Joanne Jung), The Call to Follow, considers our culture's leadership obsession and takes a hard look at correctives offered both by the life of Christ and the Bible in general.
