Parents of Kids, Monthly Meet-Up // Second Sundays, 10:15am
Parenting is a journey best shared with others. Starting September 14, parents of kids will gather every second Sunday at 10:15am in Room D105 to build relationships and community with those in the same stage of life.

Winter Youth Basketball League // Registration Opens Soon!
The goal of the Winter Youth Basketball is to provide a safe and challenging environment that encourages good sportsmanship, builds self-confidence, develops solid basketball skills and long-term friendships. The Calvary Basketball League provides the opportunity to learn these skills surrounded by people who love basketball and love to share Christ's love with children and their families. The 6-week season begins in January and is geared toward children Kindergarten-4th grade.

Whether you’re leading, helping with activities, or simply offering a helping hand, your presence will make a difference. And the best part? It’s just one Sunday a month. Together, we can encourage the next generation in their walks with Jesus!

September Update

A Note from Our Preschool Coordinator

Hey, Calvary Kids families!

“‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ says the Lord.” Jeremiah 29:11 (NLT)

Now that we’re a few weeks into the school year, your kids might still be finding their footing with new classrooms, new friends, and new routines. It can be overwhelming at times, but Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God knows the path that’s before us, and we can trust Him to care for us along the way. 

This month in our preschool and kindergarten ministries, we’re learning that we can trust God’s plans. Each of our kids are building their own story with their lives, and it’s our hope and prayer they will choose to build it with God by trusting that His plans are good.

As you walk through this season, I encourage you to take small moments to remind them God is with them: a quick prayer, a note in their lunch, or simple words of encouragement. Little reminders like these plant seeds of trust that grow into lifelong faith!

What We’re Learning this Month in Calvary Kids

Calvary Kids Stamp Card //

To encourage Calvary Kids to embody the core values of “Respect God, Respect Others, Respect Yourself,” we are excited to introduce the Calvary Kids Stamp Card! When a leader observes your child demonstrating respectful behavior towards God, others, or themselves, or when they actively participate, they will receive a stamp on their card. At pick-up, students can turn in their card to earn up to two prizes from our prize box!

Child Dedication:
God has uniquely prepared you to raise your child in faith. Children under age 5.

Preschool Milestone:
Laying the foundations for a lifetime of faith. Children 3 years old - TK.

Kindergarten Milestone:
Weaving faith into daily routines as we celebrate entering elementary school. Fall of your child’s Kindergarten year.

5th Grade Milestone:
Reminding students that God has uniquely created them and designed a place for them in His church. Spring of 5th grade year.
