New Marketing Requests
Requests need to be submitted 6-8 weeks prior to program launch.
Once the request is received, a meeting between requester and marketer will be set within 7 business days. In that time, requester to gather background information in advance of meeting while marketer will research details of request and strategic alignment with all of Calvary Church.
At least 1 day prior to meeting, requester to send background information to marketer.
After the meeting, marketer will send email summary of meeting and agreements of meeting to requester and comms team.
Reprint Requests
Use this form to request a Reprint, Signage, or Web Content Update. Please fill out the appropriate fields for the asset requested.
Reprint projects must be submitted 2 weeks prior to requested need date.
For the protection and accuracy of every ministry, there will be a review for content, language, and strategic alignment at the director level for every asset produced. Every asset, digital and physical, must be reviewed and approved before it will be produced.

Please think through the following questions and submit your answers to the marketer the day before your set meeting time:
Who are you talking to?
What do you know about them?
What do you think might be true in terms of their faith?
What do you want to offer this person & why will it matter to the person who receives the communication?
What's the value for them? (This is where you put yourself in the person's shoes and how they would feel/think about what you're offering them.)
What do you want them to feel/believe/do?
What is the one desired action the person will take from this communication?
What is the next step you’d like them to take from the event?
