What to Expect

Check-In

Check-in is located in the Gym Lobby in the middle of our campus. A staff person or volunteer will be able to help you register and direct you to the appropriate room for your child. If you have never checked your child(ren) into any programs at our church before, you can get started by clicking the button below.

Safety Precautions

Electronic Check-In System
We have an easy check-in platform that you sign into each time you attend church. All parents/guardians are given three (3) security stickers upon check-in. These stickers contain any special needs or allergy information as well as your phone number should you need to be reached during the worship service. One sticker will go on your child as a name tag. Another sticker will go on the clipboard when you check your child into his or her classroom. The final sticker you will present upon picking up your child. No child will be released without the parent/guardian presenting the security sticker.

Staff & Volunteers
While you are the most significant relationship with the greatest influence on your children, we believe they have a greater chance of building foundational truths when they see them modeled and reinforced in different facets of their lives. Therefore we make sure all our staff and volunteers are passionate about living out the love of Christ while equipping them to share and teach that love with the children of our community. Everyone working with children is cleared through background checks and given classroom safety training.

Nut-Free
We offer a snack for children in the Pre-School classes. We are nut-free in the Calvary Kids Building, so should you decide to provide your own snack for your little one, we ask that you please refrain from bringing anything containing nut allergens. We also ask that you please label all containers and bottles. If your child has an allergy, please alert the volunteers at drop-off.

Sick Child Policy
If your child is showing any symptoms of illness, we ask that you please not drop them off at Calvary Kids. We will look forward to seeing them when they are feeling better!

Family Area & Nursing Mothers Room

If you feel more comfortable keeping your child or children with you during the worship service, you are certainly welcome to do so. If you choose, you may utilize our Family Area across from the chapel where the service is live streamed. You’ll find age-appropriate toys for your kiddos and a changing table should you need one. Nursing mothers can find quiet and privacy in the designated Mother’s room also across from the chapel.
